Missing a Review Link? We’re Here to Help!
We’re sorry to hear you haven’t received a review link for your recent appointment. We know how important it is to share your experience, and while the responsibility for sending review links typically lies with the clinic or consultant, we understand this process isn’t always perfect. That’s why we’re here to lend a helping hand!
At Doctify, we’re all about trust and transparency. We believe every patient’s voice matters and encourage everyone to share their feedback. As a closed platform, we ensure that all reviews come from verified patients, so let’s walk you through how you can still leave your review.
How to Request a Review Link
To make sure your review is verified and tied to a genuine appointment, we’ll need a bit of documentation. Don’t worry—it’s simple!
📧 Send us one of the following documents that confirm your appointment:
- An invoice or payment receipt
📝 Your document should include:
- The clinic name and/or the consultant’s name
- The appointment date (must be within the last 12 months)
- Your full name
🤔 Where to Send It
Email your document to patientreviews@doctify.com. This step ensures your information goes straight to the right team—please don’t send it to any other email address.
⏭️ What Happens Next?
Once we’ve received your verification, we’ll send you a review link. From there, you’re all set to share your experience!
Rest assured, your details and documentation stay with us. We work independently from the clinics and consultants on our platform, so your information will not be shared. Our priority is to confirm that your appointment took place while keeping your data safe and secure.
❤️ Why Your Review Matters
Your feedback helps others find trusted healthcare providers and supports clinics and consultants in delivering the best possible care. Whether it’s celebrating outstanding service or sharing constructive suggestions, your voice is a vital part of building a transparent healthcare community.
