From Doctify Directly: If you didn’t receive a link, simply email patientreviews@doctify.com. We’ll ask for some documentation to verify your request before sending the review link.
Step 2: Choose How to Receive the Link

At the Clinic: Many providers offer tablets or smartphones, making it easy to complete your review before you leave.
Step 3: Share Your Experience
