After an appointment with a Doctify Healthcare Provider you (the patient) can submit anonymous feedback on your experience with the clinician or practice. These reviews help future patients make a more educated decision about their healthcare provider. 

How Do I Submit a Doctify Review?

In order to submit your feedback to Doctify, your healthcare provider will give you their unique review link following your appointment or treatment. 

The review link will be as follows, with the addition of their bespoke code at the end for example: https://www.doctify.com/uk/review/w0idfd

They may send this unique link via email or SMS and clicking the link will take you to a short online survey.

What Do I Need to Include in the Review?

First you will be asked to give your practitioner a star rating of 1 to 5 (5 being the best) in three categories:

  • Overall Experience
  • Bedside Manner
  • Explanation¬†

You will then be invited to leave additional feedback about your experience. All ratings and feedback is anonymous. This feedback is hugely valuable for other patients as well as for the practitioner and the more details you can share about your treatment, the practitioner and your overall experience the more other patients will be able to use it to make educated decisions about their own healthcare provider.

The final step is to tell us about the reason for your visit. This will help patients search reviews to find healthcare providers with specific experience in the condition or procedure they are searching for.

Once you have rated your practitioner you have the option to submit feedback for the clinic or hospital that you were seen at. You can submit a star rating of 1-5 in four categories (5 being the best) and then leave additional comments on the feedback page.

The final step in the survey is to leave your mobile phone number so that your review can be verified. You will then receive an SMS with a link to verify your review. Review verification is crucial for us to maintain the quality and reliability of the reviews on our platform - as well as to provide total comfort to our patients as they search for the best healthcare provider for them.

How to Submit a Doctify Review from a Tablet/iPad Device

Your clinician or the facility that you attended may be using a tablet with our Doctify Review App to collect your feedback. If so, you can submit a star rating and review for both the doctor and practice on the tablet after you finish your appointment.

This can be done in 3 ways:

1) Directly in the tablet

2) via QR Code

The app will show a QR code that you can scan with your mobile phone to open the online survey on your mobile phone.

3) via SMS Link

Entering in your phone number will send a the provider's unique review link via SMS to your mobile phone. Clicking on the link will take you to the survey online.

Whichever method you choose to complete the survey you will be subsequently asked to verify your review. This is done by leaving a phone number and following the SMS link sent to your mobile phone.
